Hello! I am Serenella! a passionate massage therapist and reflexologist in supporting women’s wellbeing through a holistic approach focused on the individual unique needs.
My priority is your wellbeing physically and mentally and through an attentive and caring attentions to details I aim to create the best experience for you from the the start.
Since I was a child I was passionate about Science – the highest grade I ever got in school was in Astronomical Geography! – and about everything inherent to the human body and its physiological processes. Thanks to my Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours in Toxicology gained in Italy on 2012, today I own solid foundation that supports my ongoing in-depth studies and my career in the field of holistic therapies.
This wonderful journey into holistic therapies started long time ago in my homeland, Sardinia – Italy, following a “less wonderful journey” characterized by anxiety and panic attack. University studies were slowed down because of this, and daily activities such us having a shower or driving a car were experienced with dread. I am sure many of you knows well what I am talking about! The suffering that this condition caused led me to follow a path of introspection. Letting myself go to a more intimate connection with myself brought to light everything I didn’t want to see. Talking honestly to my inner self marked the end of this though period of my life and symptoms stopped to show up so hardly.
Holistic Therapies came afterwards – by chance or maybe it was written in my destiny – after a person close to me shared the positive effects she experienced with regular reflexology sessions on supporting her autoimmune degenerative disease. Curiosity first led me to deepen into the world of holism and reflexology to better understand what I had experienced in the past and passion afterwards made it my job.
I gained my diploma in Reflexology in Italy in 2016 with Associazione Italiana di Medicina Olistica (AIMO) and afterwards on 2019 in London at the London School of Reflexology.
The first step towards wellbeing is deep relaxation, deep breathing and connection with the body. Through holistic therapies I guide women in this journey by creating a peaceful and safe environment where women can feel themselves. As a Full Member of Association of Reflexologists, I am committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and I practice the highest levels of client privacy, dignity, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
