About Me

Hello! I am Serenella! A passionate, qualified reflexologist and massage therapist since 2016.
I have started this wonderful journey in my homeland, Italy, supporting women with anxiety and mild-depression through reflexology after experiencing on myself a tough period characterized by anxiety and panic attack.
I currently offer Reflexology along with Massage Therapy as I found necessary to give my clients the opportunity to choose from a range of various therapies and give them the opportunity to be supported in the way that best suits them and meets their personal and unique needs.
Working in central London, I offer my services in my private studio in Elephant and Castle and upon request in the comfort of your own home where you can fully experience the benefits of relaxation, revitalisation, and serene restoration.

I gained my first Diploma in 2016 from Associazione Italiana di Medicina Olistica, Italy, and afterwards in England at the London School of Reflexology, qualifying in 2019 with a Level 3 Diploma and in 2020 with a Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy.
My academic background also includes a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours in Toxicology (gained on 2012, Sardinia, Italy) which provided solid foundations to face my study paths in the field of complementary therapies such as the knowledge of the human body anatomy, its physiological processes, the pathogenesis, basic skills on nutrition and food and the mechanism of action of medicines and substances of abuse.

As a Full Member of Association of Reflexologists, I am committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and I practice the highest levels of client privacy, dignity, sensitivity, and confidentiality.

I speak English and Italian.

I went here for a lymphatic drainage massage and it was amazing! I'd never had this type of treatment before and Serenella took the time to explain everything to me. She's very knowledgeable and has such a calming presence. The atmosphere is very relaxing with mood lights & relaxing music and I loved the little details such as the fresh cucumber water. One of the best and most relaxing massages I have had.  Serenella knows the practice inside and out and has created a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment so her clients can focus on relaxing.  Her studio was far from where I was staying but her reviews convinced me it would be worth it—and it very much was.  I am very glad I did not prioritize convenience over the actual experience. Serenella is a wonderful reflexologist. Her treatment room is a hidden gem, an unexpected little oasis of calm off the Walworth Road. I’ve had 3 massages with Serenella and the deep tissue one was my favourite so far. Serenella is very knowledgeable and attentive, she is discrete and polite. I had a great massage with Serenella. She was very professional, and there were many things she did which made the massage great, especially a lovely warm towel on my feet during this cold weather.
