Hello and welcome to this safe place of wellbeing.
My name is Serenella and I specialise in improving women’s physical, mental, and emotional balance, as well as helping people with stress management through Reflexology. Working in central London, I bring my services to you in the comfort of your own home so that you can fully experience the benefits of relaxation, revitalisation, and serene restoration.
Today, I am a complementary therapist but I haven’t always been one. I have journeyed through tough periods in life that resulted in anxiety, panic attacks, and a general feeling of apathy towards everything that should be beautiful and enjoyable. I was stuck. My mind was stressed and there were physical manifestations of this in my body. Then one day, just by chance, I heard a radio broadcast talking about the amazing benefits of Reflexology from a particular school in my homeland of Italy that facilitated training to become a professional therapist. With the curiosity of a child and the passion and determination of an adult, I decided there and then to attend that school. Little did I know that this would become the biggest passion of my life.
During my training I found that learning how to apply skilful and appropriate Reflexology, for those in need of emotional or physical benefit, improved my own wellness and inner serenity. It was this that made me realise that I needed to become a fully qualified Reflexology practitioner. I gained my Diploma in 2016 from Associazione Italiana di Medicina Olistica, Italy, and then came to England to study at the London School of Reflexology, qualifying in 2019 with a Level 3 Diploma.
I also have a University Degree in Toxicology which helps me to really understand our physiological mechanisms and the damage that stress and drugs can afflict on the body. I’m a member of Association of Reflexologists, am committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and I practice the highest levels of client privacy, dignity, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
I speak English and Italian.
What does MAR stand for?
The letters MAR after my name indicate I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and represent Excellence in Reflexology. As a full member of this well established professional body, I meet high standards of good practice and I am committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
